Responsible for supporting human resources senior officer in every area within HR department to provide HR services to the employees within the organization and to enhance the employees’ sense of job satisfaction to maintain their loyalty through motivating them and head-hunts the qualified candidates.
JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
Recruitment:
• Participate in manpower planning & interviews.
• Arrange for HR & technical interviews.
Training:
• Conduct orientation program for newcomers
Payroll & OD:
• Responsible for all the monthly transactions such as attendance, overtime, leaves, errands, etc.
• Follow-up with Managers & Employees for the Performance Appraisal process
• Update Job Descriptions
Personnel:
• Archive employees’ files and database.
• Supervise the time attendance machine & follow up the employees' daily attendance system.
• Receive daily permissions, errands, and leaves and record them on a daily basis.
• Receive the personnel daily letters, respond to the letters in all personnel-related issues.
• Record employee's vacations and supervise the implementation of the yearly vacation plan.
• Receive the employment documents and archive the employees’ files.
• Administer medical care, and resolve any concerning problems.
• Listen to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
• Developing and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures & questionnaires
• Handling social insurance documents.
• Generate all required reports.
